Service Description

Our trauma informed approach to craniosacral therapy offers the potential to create dynamic improvements in a noninvasive way. By holding space to release soft tissue strain patterns running deep within the body, pain and dysfunction are relieved to improve whole-body health and performance. Appointments include an additional 30min in order to allow time to thoroughly check in beforehand as well as to integrate after the 1hr treatment. Sessions are fully clothed and lying either face up or on one side.

To cancel or reschedule you must contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Late Cancellation/No Show Fee = $50 per session
